Memberships & Passes
Vitality Memberships provide ongoing access to the facility.
Members pay a recurring fee per billing cycle and are not limited by number of visits.
Vitality Passes are prepaid options.
Members purchase a specific number of visits in advance and use them at their convenience.
Yes. A Day Pass is available and falls under the Vitality Pass category.

Full-time students qualify.
You must provide proof of enrollment, such as:
A valid student ID with an expiry date
Or an official enrollment verification letter from your school
No. We do not offer guest privileges.
Personal trainers must apply through our Freelance Personal Trainer Program before training clients at Vitality Fitness.
Yes. Members may freeze their membership:
Maximum of twice per year
Minimum freeze: 2 weeks
Maximum freeze: 6 months
At least 3 months must pass after your last freeze before initiating another one
For most memberships, a per-cycle hold fee applies while the account is frozen. The exact amount is outlined in the Freeze and Transfer Policy section of your Membership Agreement.

To begin the cancellation process:

Once the completed form is submitted, the cancellation process begins. Processing may take up to 4 business days.

Personal Training (PT)
Billing & Payments
Billing cycles begin every Thursday.
Weekly memberships are charged every Thursday
Biweekly memberships are charged every other Thursday
Monthly memberships are charged on the first upcoming Thursday
When you sign up, you are charged a prorated amount from your sign-up date until the first Thursday billing cycle.
This prorated amount appears as the upfront fee.
It covers your access from the day you join until your regular billing cycle begins.
Late payment fees may apply.
If failed payments occur repeatedly and your outstanding balance exceeds a certain limit, your membership may be suspended or terminated.

We are open 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily.

Yes. All members must check in upon arrival using:

Yes. Day-use lockers are available.
Please remove all belongings at the end of your visit.
No. Our lockers are equipped with digital locks.
For safety and security purposes, portions of the facility are monitored by video surveillance.
Important Notice
In the event of any discrepancy between the information stated here and your Membership Agreement, the terms outlined in your signed Membership Agreement will prevail.
