Memberships & Passes

What membership options do you offer?

We offer a variety of Vitality Memberships and Vitality Passes to suit different goals and schedules. To explore current membership options and applicable promotions:

What is a Vitality Membership?

Vitality Memberships provide ongoing access to the facility.
Members pay a recurring fee per billing cycle and are not limited by number of visits.

What is a Vitality Pass?

Vitality Passes are prepaid options.
Members purchase a specific number of visits in advance and use them at their convenience.

Do you offer a day pass?

Yes. A Day Pass is available and falls under the Vitality Pass category.

Who qualifies for a student membership?

Full-time students qualify.

You must provide proof of enrollment, such as:

  • A valid student ID with an expiry date

  • Or an official enrollment verification letter from your school

Can I bring a guest?

No. We do not offer guest privileges.

Can I bring my own trainer?

Personal trainers must apply through our Freelance Personal Trainer Program before training clients at Vitality Fitness.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. Members may freeze their membership:

  • Maximum of twice per year

  • Minimum freeze: 2 weeks

  • Maximum freeze: 6 months

  • At least 3 months must pass after your last freeze before initiating another one

For most memberships, a per-cycle hold fee applies while the account is frozen. The exact amount is outlined in the Freeze and Transfer Policy section of your Membership Agreement.

To initiate a freeze:

  • Request the freeze form via email

  • Call the gym

  • Or visit the front desk

How do I cancel my membership?

All memberships require 15 days notice.

To begin the cancellation process:

  • Request the cancellation form by email

  • Call us

  • Or visit the front desk

Once the completed form is submitted, the cancellation process begins. Processing may take up to 4 business days.

Personal Training (PT)

Do you offer personal training?

Yes.

We recommend that all members begin with our discounted 3-session starter package for $150.

This allows you to meet your trainer, assess compatibility, and create a long-term plan tailored to your goals.

Billing & Payments

When are billing cycles?

Billing cycles begin every Thursday.

  • Weekly memberships are charged every Thursday

  • Biweekly memberships are charged every other Thursday

  • Monthly memberships are charged on the first upcoming Thursday

What is the upfront fee on my invoice?

When you sign up, you are charged a prorated amount from your sign-up date until the first Thursday billing cycle.

This prorated amount appears as the upfront fee.
It covers your access from the day you join until your regular billing cycle begins.

What happens if my payment fails?

Late payment fees may apply.

If failed payments occur repeatedly and your outstanding balance exceeds a certain limit, your membership may be suspended or terminated.

Facility & Operations

What is the Vitality Access Pass?
The Vitality Access Pass is your digital membership card.You can activate it using our online link with:
  • Your Vitality ID
  • Your date of birth
Once activated, add it to your digital wallet and scan it at the front desk each time you visit.
What are your operating hours?

We are open 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily.

We operate regular hours:

  • Weekends

  • Statutory holidays

Do I need to check in?

Yes. All members must check in upon arrival using:

  • The Vitality Access Pass

  • Or manual check-in at the front desk

Are lockers available?

Yes. Day-use lockers are available.

Please remove all belongings at the end of your visit.

Do I need to bring a lock?

No. Our lockers are equipped with digital locks.

Do you have surveillance cameras?

For safety and security purposes, portions of the facility are monitored by video surveillance.

Important Notice

In the event of any discrepancy between the information stated here and your Membership Agreement, the terms outlined in your signed Membership Agreement will prevail.
